Happy to get this in air feeding shot. Got a few but I liked this one best. Sadly, they were my last shots of the day and I'd whittled my way down to my slowest card. I'll go back to see if an encore performance can be provided. TFL.

wicked pose and action likes of which I have never seen, swallows feeding in air!

, at f/10 it's getting into diffraction blur territory though, I'd avoid going there!

here is a quick re try with selective sharpening...better done starting from RAW

Oh my word that is actually bizarre, what a capture well done Jay. The Sony Playstation boys are pulling out the big guns, first Arthur now this, is there a setting on the A1 for Capture the 1 in a million shot. Who knew that birds even do this. Very well done dude

Awesome. I had never seen or even heard of this behavior. Are these Tree Swallows? Arash's repost is an improvement. In addition, you might consider opening up the face of the adult bird a bit as it is slightly shadowed as a result of being slightly turned away from us. I will be doing a feature on cards for the a1 in the next e-mail for my SONY a1 Info and Updates group.

See the blog for details.

with love, artie

What a great moment captured....Don't think I have seen an image like this...Well done on getting this moment....The birds are very similar to our Sand Martins....

Talk about timing. Killer background as well.
