I typically see the marbled godwits tuck away their raised foot. However, this one delicately displayed it reminding me of the yoga tree pose.

David, gorgeous canvas man. The pastel color striations going horizontally through are fantastic and you can't find a cooler pose than tucked in with the foot lift.
I can appreciate the composition and love the soft, even light.
The biggest concern I have is the head does not appear as sharp and in focus as the raised foot. Not sure if the camera grabbed the foot or what but maybe worth a look to see where the focus point was and/or give some selective sharpening to the head?
Overall, a beaut!

love the soft colors, I agree the image is soft as posted, everything looks soft to me, it has nothing to do with focus I think you just forgot to apply sharpening after you resized it for web. too much room on the right

Excellent colors and simple image design. Sharpened image in the repost looks nice.
No problem with space all round in my opinion.

Beautiful tones and Arash has improved the soft focus issue.
Raised and exposed foot is great. Framing isn't quite right to me either.

Arash nailed it, I forgot to sharpen after the resize. [emoji2957] Thanks all for the input.

You gotta love low. The pastel tones and layers of color are tan-fastic. Good job on the JPEG sharpening by Arash but I love the placement of the subject and the image design. IOW, the amount of room on our right is perfect.

This is a stunner, love the perspective and those tones in the background are gorgeous. Only thing I noticed besides the sharpening that Arash already pointed out is that there seems to be a bit of blue fringing on front of the leg its standing on. Other than that really nice work here!

Nice low angle and those color tones and gradients in the background. Really nice view of the near leg/foot.
