I like the pose and details. Some of the bright plumage looks a bit overexposed and I wish for a cleaner BG. You could also run some NR on the BG. I might crop a bit off the right and remove the little piece of branch in the lower right. Thanks for sharing!

It is hard to get these guys with a clean BG. The noise is a bit too much, so Noise Ninja or other remedy is in order.
