Cool image Mike - love the coloured patterns on the caterpillar - good detail, exposure and BG. The seed head at the top of stem adds nicely to the composition IMO. Well done!!

Very nice image, Igreat colors and exposure with fine detail.
I don't know if you managed a few shots to include some detail of the head as it appears to be in a downward position. I think a view to include the mandibles would have perhaps enhanced the image a little.

It all works for me. The bug is nicely positioned in the frame, the BG is smooth and well lit, the composition overall is right on. Good stuff!

Lovely as noted above. A bit off the bottom might improve it some, but pretty stunning as is. The BKGR is severely posterized with swirlies... Is anyone else seeing that???
