Great composition I would be curious to see how these would have looked under natural lighting conditions or perhaps with the use of a reflector to offer a little diffuse light.
I think that possibly the use of flash here seems to have produced a little too much illumination on the moss and the foliage -but I still think it is a very good image.

I would have liked to have seen more natural light on this as well. It's such nice composition but I am not really fond of the harsh front lighting and the dark BG. Mushrooms are so difficult to photograph because of their ability to hide out in darkness that flash always seems like the way to go but it's always nice when we can catch them without the evidence of flash.

Apart from the harsh light on the left side of the stems, its such a pleasing image.
