Hi folks ... one from today in the garden .
As you might can see from the techs ... it was dull and dark .
Pushed Iso very far .... well at least for the most of you guys . I am not afraid of pushing the Iso , rather get the shot and deal with the noise ....
Perch is what it is ... my fault , just picked one branch and placed it close to the feeder .

Canon EOS 1Dx II
EF 500 IS L II + 2x TC
Tripod

F 8 ; Iso 20.000 ; 1/2000 sec

Processed with DPP 4 and PSCC 2021 ; slightly cropped for comp

Thansk for looking and commenting to my previous posting

Cheers Andreas

Hi Andreas......The detail, is good at that ISO...A very nice pose...good HA...You need to change the set up in the garden...the OOF perches take away the beauty of the bird.

I like the details, sharpness, clean BG and noise was handled really well. I wish for just a little more of a head turn towards us and like you said perch is what it is. Well processed Andreas.

Agree with the comments already given. Lovely detail in the bird for such a high iso...well done! I'd crop to just below the tail...the oof section needs to go IMHO.

Andreas excellent processing, that branch could so easily be modified and snapped to produce a more effective presentation.
