Hi folks ...
First bird shooting in my backyard with a halfway decent output .
Birds attracted with a simple feeder and hope they would land on the twig .... instead of the feeder .
No tricks .... no hide just sitting still .
The outcome was not great in terms of technical keepers ....
The crop is a bit loose ... but I stay mostly away from large cropping , as I do pixel peep at times :w3. So no pixel bashing ... like many others do . Just personal preferences

Processed with DPP 4 and PSCC 2021 ; removed a wire from the twig

Andreas, that is one of the very best processed images of Goldfinch I have ever seen. Colours details and luminance on the plumage - doesn't get better than this! Let's see some more!

Jon .... that was all . Subject sat there for a few seconds .... have some more sitting on the feeder , but useless as the feeder tube is somewhat ugly
