Beautiful scene, and I love the top half habitat in the fog. Having that one swan's head up like the others would have taken this over the top IMO. Thanks for the second image as well...what a amazing spot!

What a beauty Dan and thanks so much for the second full view. I had no idea. The fog adds so much that mystical ethereal feel. Beautiful blues make the whites pop. Just the right amount of green in the background. TFS

Dan, astounding capture. This is majestic and mysterious at the same time.

I kept staring and staring at it but something didn't feel right. You are very accomplished and I try to rarely, if ever repost on someones image but I felt this one may be worth it. I understand if you don't like it but the og felt very green. Here is an alternative:

Thanks, Brian, no problem and I like your repost.. The WB on these can be all over the place. Yours looked like you used the clicker on the Swans
which is a reasonable one to use, that is what Capture and PS looks like when I clicked them.
I went with the "as shot" WB of Capture and warmed it just a tad.
All subjective. The Columbia Gorge is rain forest, even in winter it is very green so I think the light in general has Green hue or feels that way.

One of the times when the fog and light was so nice you cannot reproduce it..
I actually like a pano version of this.
The 70-200 is such a great lens, I had not used it for a long time... The clarity slider is completely turned down on these and the front swans are still tack sharp....
I have a lot of frames, the Swans were moving constantly, Every frame is different.
