Beautiful Steve, and she is so relaxed. Love close-ups and dark backgrounds, very intimate :5 You were fairly close yet she remained unperturbed, unconcerned with your presence, a very special and confident Tigress.

Wonderful detail and colours, framing works for me and the subject's features are so well enhanced by the morning light. Wise choice of techs and good control of exposure, I notice you underexposed a tad.

Yep, -1 Gabriela, but this is me lying as flat as I could to get the lowish POV in a Gypsy (Haseeb/Sanjeev not that easy as you know :bg3:), so I was at eye level, A had to shuffle behind with the Guide. :S3:

Superb, love the exposure and the colours, the indifferent pose she exhibits is really relaxed, the way the forest encloses her is just beautiful....... wouldn't change a thing.

Whew, nope, not easy, lying flat in one of those Gypsies, I can just imagine! Not easy to get up either, right? You are very brave!
I once got stuck in the game viewer, in 2014. Was lying in the gap between my seat and the seat in front of me, with a lioness few meters away... Suddenly she started growling, had cubs and did not like the shutter:tinysmile_shy_t: So I stopped shooting and sat there, camera in hand, until my limbs went numb. We were surrounded by the pride so could not move for about three hours. An unforgettable experience:bg3:

Stunning clarity and detail Steve. Love the techs and Low angle with Supreme PP work. The Dark BG helps a lot. Oh yeah those Gypsy vehicles can feel cramped esp if getting low.

Nice one Steve, I really like the play of light and shadow. Beautifull detail in the fur and that calm meditative look... That wine to the left just tells the story of the tigress's environment. Overall the BG just makes the tigress stand out so well. Why did you underexpose, weren't you ETTR?

To retain the whites Dan and happy for the BKG to go dark too, to try and loose to a degree, the leaves. I will post another at some point, which actually won a very prestigious award for a very good friend of mine, as we saw the shot simultaneously and we were shooting side by side. :S3: Yes ETTR as always.

Love the spot light adds greatly. Details are perfect as usual could the whites be a tad higher on my screen shows leaning towards a slight grey.I sort of like the foliage in the shade. TFS
