Agree with the rotation.
Nice spot light effect, I with this was male rather than female.

I wish I had a perfect image all the time and of the Sex I wanted......

Excellent frame with the dark BG and the spot light effect. I'd try to recover a bit more texture from the darkest feathers but overall a good looking frame.
