nice pose with the long legs, the image looks quite soft and a bit noisy on my screen though, tough to get a keeper of these in flat light.

A stilt on stilts! The feet so tiny - I imagine they are partially buried in the sand. A bit more contrast would punch it up nicely. Good pose indeed with the excellent head angle. Not crazy about the hard line crossing behind the legs, but tough to maneuver from a boat so you did best you could from that point.

Well captured Jon...I would try raising the shadows, or dodge slightly around the eye area, and, adding more contrast to the wings would give it better look I reckon. Lovely pose and I like your crop.

I agree with William's suggestions here. Never seen one with such long legs before!
