This Bobolink gave me a number of poses last month in the late afternoon, same grassland in this series. C&C welcome.

Yet another nice Bobolink in the series. Good pose and perch. I'm torn as to whether it would be better to crop tighter from the bottom, to minimize the oof vegetation on the left, or leave as is to sow the nice yellow flowers on the right. Nice frame either way.

For sure I'd crop at left, and also add back at right if you have it, but otherwise this is a very beautiful setting for this Bobolink. Perfect head angle, great colours. Very well done!

So very nice Geoffrey, you da "bob!" I agree w Dan's suggestin as well, less on the LHS and if you kept this the same crop I'd suggestion just cloning out the tiny white circle in the LLHS... I love the HA, the perch is terrific and the soft shadowed grasses in the BG make this a winner! WIWM...

Bird is beautifully done. Some of the grasses are distracting . I agree on the crop from the left and I do love the flowers . The branch the bird is on is superb.TFS

I like the image the bid shows well against the branches, I have a feeling the contrast is a little high on the bird, I think there is more detail to be gained in the darks and equally in the brighter plumage (there is clipping at both ends).

I like it as is Geoffrey....Again a very 'natural' looking image...If anything I would remove the green grass around the head of the bird...Apart from that all else looks good to me.
