A female Brown hawker scouting round the garden pond looking for an egg laying location. Hand held, lying prone at water level (AF)

Nice sharp image of the dragonfly. The perch looks a little too big. May be cropping a little from the bottom may put the emphasis on the dragonfly. Interesting patterns in the water, which I think adds to the image. I don't mind background as it is.

Ravi, I agree the rock is relatively large, I must admit I did consider cropping but I wanted to show the dragonfly in its environment. A simple slice off the base as you suggest is probably a good idea.

I don't know, not as nice as the previous flight frames. But yes that rock.
