My daughter loved the Hermit crabs in Bora Bora. This is my attempt at photographing her favorite that she named Helga.

f9.5 @ 1/750 sec.
Photoshop was used to straighten the horizon 2 degrees
Stamp tool was used to fill in the edges from the straightening
Gaussian blur was used on uneven blues in the sky

OOps! I meant to write "...was used on uneven blues in the ocean water."

Cool image Chris of this interesting critter. Catching the legs in the forward position would have given more of a feel of action, but still a nice macro image!!

I dod really like this as above.........just something to try.........1/2 the water off the top....do a quick browser crop......scroll till you get rid of it.....emphasizes where he is looking to. This is still very well done and fun to look at ...brought a smile to my face!
