Stopped by the bay this a.m. to see who was out and about.... found this little guy.

sweet shot, love the fine sharp details and the pose, wish the BG was a bit cleaner but you take what you can

Love the soft light, EXP and details. SH right where it needs to be and I like the water/rocks as BG. TFS

I really like the hint of blue in RUC.

A nice intimate look at this little guy. I might be tempted to tone down the brightness of the oof rocks just beyond the ones on which he is standing.

Good looking adult bird here. A few spots could be cleaned up here and there, but overall I like it a lot. I actually like the piece of feather stuck on the leg!

Yes, a winter plumage adult. Like the image design and the head angle best.

Nice close look at this smallest North American shorebird. Nice eye contact and detail, but these drab shorebirds really need direct sunlight and the right surrounding to pop.

I like the setting. You ususally see these birds on the mud flats,beach or water. The composition is nice as well.
