After an hour or so waiting for the Gannet to appear at the pier, it finally arrived, circling and diving for fish. This is the best from a burst of images...only wish there was water at the bottom of the image, but can't have it all our way...lol. Cheers.

Great topside view, diving pose and detailed view. Maybe a slightly better HA and some clouds (in a perfect world). Have been loving your flight images with the new rig and I agree with William, they keep getting better. TFS

Great pose. Love all the details under the wings.

Paul, super flight angle and wing spread. Composition is nice.

One improvement would be a better background than blue sky. Also, not sure if you're into it but the frame has a good bit of noise and could benefit from some reduction, at least on the bkg.

Keep em coming!

Great diving pose with full wing extension. They really pick up speed when they go into a dive, and your high SS and tracking skills did the job nicely. Yes to some NR on the BG.

Thanks all...much appreciated. Interesting...I did use Topaz AI denoise, which I really like and I don't see too much noise on the BG on my screen at 100%, but I'll go back and check it out again. Ah yes...too much blue sky here in Brisbane at the moment. The other day was better...slightly overcast and clouds, but no Gannet! Law of averages says I'll get the right shot in the right light eventually. Cheers all.
