Perched while Pouring...

While riding in the rain, spotted this drenched friend perched on a cypress at water's edge. This beauty was incessantly doing the wing shimmy in the pouring rain.

I never realized Limpkins had such big feet! I like the perch otslef, but yes, that is a tough BG to work with. The upper left white part is especially unfortunate. Nice to see I am not the only one venturing out to photograph birds in the rain!
