Three frames before previous post, and feels more suited for vertical crop. I like the calling pose. C&C welcome.

Nicely exposed, yes to working well as a vertical. Might consider posting it just a bit bigger next time, would show up the details a bit better. 1200 vertically works quite well.

Nice bird and BKGR. The face does not look sharp to me and both of the branches are in the wrong place :( The one on th4 left cuts the breast and the one on the right merges with the tail.

Good call on the vertical. I do wish the subject was a bit lower in the frame, but very subjective of course. Bummer on the tail merging with the branch. I'm OK with the other branch crossing the breast with this particular pose. I'm with Artie in regards to sharpness. Looks like it was focused properly - perhaps a resizing thing?

A lovely bird to see in the open. Going to have to agree about the sharpness here.
