Captured this image at one of my favorite local grassland preserves yesterday afternoon. C&C welcome.

I would crop this vertically. Out of focus vegetation is a minus for me. It does not work. Cloning/ cropping is needed. A little bit of hit turn would help the image.

Thanks Krishna. I did look at the vertical crop, but liked the open crop a little more. I also like the leaves, and can see a version without. Kind of like the current head turn as well. Your input is appreciated as always.

Geoffrey, the Indigo Bunting is a lifer for many. Congrats on the capture!

Agreed the head angle is just a bit away and wish for a touch more toward the lens. On a personal preference note, I am more okay with the lower left foliage than the right most stick. Would tend to clone that out if were me.

Also, there are some odd artifacts left of the bird in the green space that need cleaned up.

TFS.

Thanks Brian. Though the IDBU is not a lifer for me, I have the same excitement as if it was the first time seeing one. Those odd artifact looking things to the left are out of focus weed branches, and I was debating removing them. I thought the stick to the right added a bit of framing.
