Good detail in the Woody Jon, just think the bottom of the frame is just too messy, crop it, it's cleaner.

Agree with Steve on the crop.
Are those live mealworms or dried?
Lovely little woodpecker and nice to see the red belly and the red patch on head simultaneously.
Perch is unusual but works for me,

i don't mind the perch. The out of focus line at the bottom doesn't work for me.

Thanks for the feedback everyone, I didn't think you would be keen on the base!
Mealworms were live Gail, I hid them in the log and woody dug them out.

Perch is best part of image. Take some off bottom.
