More time around home, so happy to have frogs near by. This group was captured yesterday, sunning themselves, in a typical frog stack. I knew there was no way to get enough DOF, so stacked 11 images in post processing.

Z6. 70-300 AF-P, on ground pod. f/8 1/125s, ISO 1250

Stacked with PS. Went light with the sharpening as the stacked image seemed sensitive to over sharpening. Had to really reduce the quality to get a small enough file size

Advice and comments always appreciated.

Cheers

Randy

Pretty impressive Randy, good idea to stack. I still feel the highlights are a little strong an I would consider lowering the saturation and luminosity in the green/yellow direction a little also. The mosses and plants make for a lovely setting.
I wonder if that spindly plant to the left of centre is cuckoo flower or lady's smock ? (Cardamine pretensis)

Neat frame of these frogs. I could see the exposure lowered a little. The framing is right on. Love how the frogs are on top of one another.
