Here is an image from Lonavala, Maharashtra (near Pune) fo a black Ibis. Shot at ground level POV.

Excellent low POV. Details and the dynamic pose are great. The light is what it is but you've certainly handled it well. I find the bird too low in the frame for my taste; I'd add a couple of inches to the bottom and remove some off the top. I'd also raise the shadows on the wing and tail regions to really bring out more detail there. Very unique bird and one that I've never heard of. TFS :)

You did well with the light, retaining detail and depth in the shadows. I might just brush in some minus exposure on the red of the head and clone out the slight dark spot just below the bill for a more cleaner/uniform BKG. The low POV is spot on, but agree that a sliver more below is required, shame a bit more of the forward foot isn't visible. Techs look spot on.

Nice low angle. Framing and pose are right on. I would loose that blob below the bill.
