One of my favorite ducks and I like the females better than the males...
A simple flight photo. They never really turn their heads and pretty
much just fly like a drag race....I was lucky to get a look at least....

Dan"

Sharp, well exposed , nice down stroke wing positions, good color harmony with background. Like the drops and tucked up feet. Does look like a
speed position!

Yes, they are real speedsters. Good work getting her razor-sharp. Nice color palette. I wouldn't mind just a tad more room on the left, but that's a really minor nit. Well done.

Excellent shot, Dan. Great detail and light. Wing position is spot-on - love the curved wingtip. The water droplets near the legs are nice as well. Good work!

man I have been long waiting to get one of these in good light like this. I'd put more room on the back and tame those whites a bit

excellent frame Dan

Excellent Dan....Great detail and flight pose. The trail of water drops add. Not an easy bird to get in flight, not in my neck of the woods anyway. Good work.

I am late to the party but agree with all of the above.
Great light and wing position.

This is technically as good a shot as you've posted. The details are money from beak to feet! Subject is beautifully lit and isolated against an interesting background. Would
love a bit more room behind if you have it. Drops are a really nice bonus. A very strong frame. Would love to get something similar of this speedy bird.

Killer sharp and beautiful. Needs a bit more room behind the bird. And just so you know, the drakes are far more beautiful :). And elusive.
