Pretty darn good! These little ducks are so freakin' fast!
Good wing position and whites look awesome.
I see some noise in the wings-easy fix.
I could see a version with a bit off the bottom and same amount replaced at top of frame. And that white line in the water just below duck painted in with some color or burned.

Love how you have caught the colors on the head here. Nice flight pose as well. These are fast little guys.

This is superb Dan, full upstroke, trailing water drops, square to the sensor - top notch. Nit picking head on - I think you could do with burning in the vertical line of whites in the water stemming form the head, they catch the eye a little.

Apart for that, its a truly excellent frame

Excellent flight capture - these guys are small and speedy! You did really well given tough lighting conditions. Details are good - not great - but that's a product of higher ISO and what I presume is a significant crop given how skittish this bird usually is. I agree a bit more NR would be good.

Oh, now this is really sweet! I'm a fan of any Bufflehead shot, since I find them so hard to get; but to get one in a perfect flight pose is superb. Noise noted and easily fixed; detail looks good on my screen. Gail's comp suggestion sounds good to me. In any event, a very good capture of a tough birdie.
