Sandhill Cranes at sunrise. Bosque, last month.

D500, Sigma 150-600C @ 460mm, ISO 320, 1/5000s @ f/9 manual.

I really like this.
2 very dynamic poses and there is no overlap of birds.
I really like the crop and placement of the birds in the frame.
I would darken the lower bird a bit more (the mist in front of the crane makes it look like there is uneven exposure).
I would also evict the 2 white spots at the very top of the frame (on left middle third).
I didn't notice the goose in the frame at first and I like it. Sort of like a little present for those who really look at the image.
Finally, you could clone out the tall grass right in front of the top crane's beak.

Very atmospheric, I wish images could be posted with a sound track to enhance the mood.

This is a beauty Bill, love the light and the poses. Like Gail, I might darken the lower bird a bit more, but this is definitely the type of shot I'd be looking at printing and framing
