Very nice looking bird and you captured a lovely lookback pose. Nice perch. I don't know of its noise or posterisation in the BG but it catches the eye.

Like the pose and the thorny perch. The background does have some noise. Maybe crop in a little more on the right.

The bird is nicely exposed and stands out well from the background, which I agree is noisy. I think a vertical crop could suit this shot.
