A rare sight for me, a real fight between two evenly matched stags, went on for a good 20-30min.

Well exposed, good techs, nice composition and awesome POV.

Lovely rich colours and I like the detail, but especially the visible eye from the subject on the LHS - great timing!

Indeed a rare sight, and or me a first to see this species 'in battle" - I truly enjoyed viewing.

Hi Tim, this works on many levels and I like the dark, earthy tones of the overall colour palette. Good to have one eye visible in the 'battle', crop works but I can see another version with more above. Looks like just outside of Ripon?

Great view of this battle. Nice the eye on the left is visible. I don't mind the crop. I saw two big bull elk throwdown this year. But there was no light for photos yet. Oh well maybe next year. Nice one.
