I laid on the ground the other day for an hour or so just to try and shoot
birds in flight from the ground level.
Had a few keepers.
American Wigeon a millisecond before touchdown.
The "line" is a natural reflection line.

The low angle is fantastic, and I love the positioning in the frame. If this were sharp it would be lights out.....

Great skill to be able to track while lying down - certainly not easy, especially with such fast subjects! Colors are nice and the wing position is perfect. Not sure about the sharpness at this resolution, but more detail in the blacks would be nice, and patches of highlights on the bird's legs look blown. I'd also remove the blue cast in the areas under shadow, i.e, the near wing and the lower back.

Flight shooting while prone is far beyond me. Here, the light being from your left has caused some problems ...

Great landing position but the head is a bit soft.

Perfect timing just before touchdown, and I really like the wing position. Maybe a little more sharpening on the head would work

Shooting on your stomach is very hard for flight. But you nailed this one. Like how the bird is just about to touch down.

Well done....Not an easy capture. Love the flight pose.
