This was the other winner of the passerine sweepstakes from last week in Cape May, along with the Swamp Sparrow posted earlier. Easily hundreds of each species.

D500, Sigma 150-600C @ 600mm, ISO 2500, 1/2000 @ f/7.1 manual.

Really cute little bird gorgeous colours. One small suggestion but it makes a significant difference, try lowering the luminosity of the lores and moustache - you will see more detail more clearly.

Exposure, sharpness, colours all look great. OK perch. Interesting marbled BG. I would have loved for the warbler to have swung his behind more parallel to you.

Love the composition, background, and perch. Bird is nicely isolated. Not sure how heavy of a crop this is but the feather detail in the head is a bit soft.

Far out, Bill. Not that we had to travel any distance to see these plentiful YRWA. Excellent detail, background, and light.
