I like the overall colour balance here John and the almost etherial feel. Is f/6.3 wide open as I think that would be right here? Perhaps a tad more below and less above????

I like this one John, the misty morn and apparent ease at which the subject displays all adds up to a pleasing image.
Hey I noticed your cobwebs, so that's where they came from!

Very interesting capture and I love the mood. Great techs too. And by the way I too saw the cobwebs...

On a more personal note, viewing this frame appealed to some of my experiences in the past, like travelling on the Blue Train from Zimbabwe to South Africa. You are probably very young John, but those still familiar with old slow train journeys on foggy mornings would be able to evoke certain shapes which slowly disappear and almost dissolve in fine drizzle in the gasping rhythm of a train:S3:

A pleasure to view, thank you so much for sharing...

A really cool image John, I like the dreamy feel it has with good composition and colours. Nicely presented.

Thanks Steve. Yes f6.3 is wide open. Variable aperture f/5-f/6.3. I think around 300mm it's f6.3 from then on.

Odd man out. I am not a fan of the mood portrayed here and less of a fan of the spider web intersecting with the deer.
