Looking good John. That green BG sure shows the bird well. Nicely detailed, whites look good with a lovely pose and HA.

looks nice i like the diagonal comp and the BG, I'd get rid of the tiny twig attached to the perch

Fine looking shot of this rather bedraggled Kingbird. Had it been raining? Great head turn and background. Good exposure.

I like the wet head feathers showing a tiny glimpse of the concealed red patch. Perfect head angle. Pretty neat very thin perch, and I'm personally OK with the extra bit to it. Good green BG too.

I like this very much - well exposed, well composed, and such nice detail on this little bird!
Good choice of DoF and great background too. Love those wet feathers, they give a little 'character' to the subject :S3:
