Great image! love the composition, details, vibrant colors and oof background. subject looks sharp.

The fast shutter speed is no bad thing but i would guess you may have been able to go for less.. were you hand holding?
The butterfly is beautiful, the colours look very natural and bright but not gaudy.
I would suggest launch the TIFF and make an adjustment layer with ACR and reduce yellows luminosity and possibly saturation to enhance the ragwort, then mask out the adjustment lyaer on the other elements.

Thanks Jonathan. The reason for the high shutter speed was I had intended to photograph smaller birds in flight and perched at this location. I just realized I had forgotten to add the 1.4 TC to the EXIF, which I would have removed if I thought the butterfly was going to stick around. Yes this was handheld.
