Wonderful background, raindrops, tree colors and detail; but it's that direct stare that really makes the image. Nicely done.

he sure chose a pretty perch for you, very nice image. I might crop it a bit tighter

Now that's a perch worthy of this stately beauty. The rain, the spot on EXP/details and THAT Stare puts this way over the top. Might even be stronger as a vertical. TFS

That's a lovely shot. The full on gaze, full feet in view and the beautiful pine leaves and cones are great. I agree with Arash on the tighter crop with a bit less pine.

Very Nice Image. I like the direct stare. The picture when looked in your facebook does not do justice...

No changes from me.

Love some rain photography. Nice perch and pose. The detail looks very nice as well. Maybe a little slower shutter for some longer streaks. But i know you were hand holding.

John, you would need to be really low, certainly around 1/125. :w3

Love the rain, the pose and perch.
Fine as is but I think you could go tighter...

Gail:

lovely capture, windblown feathers, rain drops, perch, and of course, the gaze. I do believe this image has multiple good cropping options, and would try some of the suggestions already made.

Cheers
