Well those flies look like no fun. Like how the cheetah looks like it is looking behind you. Detail looks nice. Is that the tail on the left side of the frame?

Hi Doc -- Nice close up. I feel it is slightly on darker side but lighting conditions look tricky. Details are good but you could extract some more as it appears slightly on the crunchier side. Not sure what more you could have done on that framing part.

TFS !

Hello Sanjeev,

Always special to see a cheetah and IMO you did well here in terms of techs despite challenging lighting conditions. Personally I am happy with your choice of DoF as the subject is sharp from nose to eyes. Those eyes are superb, BTW.

Flies are most annoying for the species I know, but they do add to the image - this was probably shot in the heat of the day, right?

Must say I somehow wish the tip of the tail wasn't visible but hopefully you have another frame from this series without it. BG a little busy and I can think of ways to deal with it, not sure to what extent you tried to eliminate those bright bits but more could be done if your ethics allow.

Love the attentive pose, a fixed stare that tells the viewer your cheetah must have seen an antelope passing by. Or was it another predator? :w3

Many thanks for sharing, Sanjeev. Hope you have a lovely rest of the week,

Kind regards,
