Sweet pose and I like the perch, although I do wish the one behind wasn't there. I think you could warm the frame up a bit. Some of the whites on the side look a little hot. Some noise under the chest / near the tail I think could be address. Colors really pop. TFS

That is a beautiful individual with a perfect plumage! Perfect head angle, and the way it is standing at the top of the perch is ideal. Yes, the image is rather blue, especially for this early in the morning and warming it up would be good. If you were able to, going down lower to hide the BG elements behind the perch would also have been something to consider.

Here is a repost with decreased blue, warming filter, correction of hotter whites, and an alternative crop.

I agree the original was too blue, but the report has been stripped of all background color. Sun reflection in pupil suggests you had good light, so I'm not sure why the color is so far off. The perch is great, and I agree with Daniel that
getting lower to get rid of the OOF stuff in the back would have helped. Sharpness/detail is also breaking breaking down in the zoomed-in repost.

I think your OP was fine color wise for me.. Great look at the bird.
Perfect head angle.

the original was way too bluw, the repost is better but the colors are now muted and don't look like a Rudy turnstone, instead of the color filter I'd try to get the WB right during RAW conversion
