Nice frame of this shooting star. Like the vertical framing and the way the star is off centered. Background is very nice.

Very nice indeed, lovey composition, did you apply Nik to all the image or selectively? - The greens look a little heavy to me. The rear flower head is just a little distracting, I guess it was not amenable to being persuaded to lean the other way a little(?)

Hi Jonathan, I think I turned up saturation by 1 notch in in DPP4. that probably caused the greens to be heavy. I applied Nik to only flower head. I thought about moving the background bud away, but the stalks are fragile and I was afraid it would break off. The flowers come in bunches, so I was lucky to find one that was isolated.

I have never seen the flower, but the whites look a little grey for me.

I like the composition. I would dodge the whites a little.
