John...nice capture. Love the luminosity and detail in the gills. Not thrilled with the brightness of the BG....obviously tough lighting conditions here but you have managed to capture some compelling mushrooms.

Hey John, I like how the light makes the Schooms glow. I would boost the saturation in the green BG, as it looks washed out from the hard light. Very cool image.

Agree with Mike and Bill on the BG. Looks like less exposure to darken the BG and more flash to fill in the blooms may have been another option.

Have to agree on the BG........but just darken it a bit.........love the rim light and the gills.
