Perfect low POV and my favourite leg position. Bird nicely angled slightly towards the camera. The shot does look a little dark to me - might be a screen variance thing - but lifting the darks a little in curves and a bit of brightening of the eye works for me

Nice low angle. Also like the walking/running pose. The background is great.

Who said the world isn't flat! This bird is walking right along the edge :) Good shot and re post is an improvement.

Great low POV and I love the leg up. Image needs an increase in exposure and Mike has done a great job with the repost.

Well done. Love the specular highlights on the wet legs, the fine feather detail, pose and low angle. Well done. I really like being able to see the eye in the exposure adjusted repost.

Repost is really nice. I would have cloned the out of focus dark spots in the foreground or made it less dark.
Birds is really sharp and raised foot is nice.

Thank you all for your comments and suggestions. Yes, the slight lifting of the exposure, and a bit of eye doctor work, helps the image. Thanks Mike.
