Apologies for the long delay in posting, after arriving back from Ecuador, we have been busy in organising our relocation back to FNQ Australia, it's been nearly 7 years since we first arrived in Switzerland and now quite keen to come home. It's now the long process of a 6 month procedure to import our dog back to OZ. :2eyes2:

Land Iguana, South Plaza Island- Galapagos.

Sweet low POV, BG and the raised foot is great. Light looks harsh, but handled well. Cool to see the rocks too along with the greenery. TFS

The low angle is spot on. Like the raised foot and the framing. Background is very nice with the out of focus foreground.

Hi Marc -- Great to have you posting here, your images are always a treat to watch.

What a fantastic image to start with, I loved the colours and the ground level pov. excellent details and that raised paw just works fine here. Would have liked that other paw to be clear of any obstruction but going ground level has these kind of hurdles attached with it. enjoyed viewing this one.

TFS !

Welcome back, Marc!

Lovely capture of this colourful Iguana and POV is superb. Well framed and BG is awesome, so is the FG. But what I like most is the walking pose and foot raised with those claws visible:S3:

Perhaps the head could do with a tad more sharpening, what say you?

I am sure you have lots of interesting frames from this trip, if your time allows let us have more!

Good luck with the relocation and I hope everything goes smoothly. Sorry about the little dog, it must be so stressful for him! Although I heard recently that pets arriving in Australia are released from quarantine in less than two weeks, is it true?

Kind regards,

Kind regards,

Yes, that's correct Gabriela, the law changed 2 years ago from 30 days and A$1500 with visitation, to now 10 days with no visitation and yet still costing A$1500 :2eyes2:........still the shorter quarantine stay was long overdue and greatly welcomed.
