Hey Rich, Sharp with a good exposure and a nice BKGR. The perch is less than ideal: it is too large for this species, has one broken branch, and the bend above the bird's tail does not add ... Did you use audio to get the bird close?

Where?

Hi Arthur, thank you so much for the pointers. This is my first year with birds and i can use all the help i can get. No audio. I was in a swamp in South Jersey, heard this little bird, waited a few min, he started going
from perch to perch. Did not stay on one perch for long.

Beauty bird, one I have not had the pleasure of seeing as of yet. Ditto Artie, and thank you for the additional information.

YAW Rich. Thanks for the info. That is a great bird for NJ! I got some good ones at a swamp in NC :)
