One of my favorite species to photograph in early spring when they come back in their fresh, clean, pure white breeding plumage.
Canon 7DII + 500mm f/4 II, manual exposure, evaluative metering, 1/2500s., f/8, ISO 400, natural light (with light bouncing off the snow from below), FF.

Very nice. That out steched neck is great. The breeding plumage is a big plus. Details look great.

framing is very pleasing, with the grey plumage and bluish background framing the brilliant white plumage.
