Still quite a way to go yet but I thought I'd share this with you, just experimenting with this new technology. It is a large crop, I guess I should have checked the focal length I suspect the bee would have been a lot larger in the frame.

The bee does look quite sharp. The light is what it is. Glad to see your out and about with the new gear. The crop held up very well.

I'll be interested to follow how you progress with ProCapture. I have a camera with the feature. Only use it occasionally, but it does offer some unique capability. Biggest issue for me is it needs so much light, particularly if you want to stop down more in case the moving object goes out of the plane of focus...

I'll be interested to follow how you progress with ProCapture. I have a camera with the feature. Only use it occasionally, but it does offer some unique capability. Biggest issue for me is it needs so much light, particularly if you want to stop down more in case the moving object goes out of the plane of focus...

You can always lock focus Greg.
