That is really cool, like it is spotlit on the head. Very artistic. Maybe a tad more on the RHS, but minor...

cool dynamic pose and I like the dark mood, I'd try to recover a bit more detail in the shaded area on the body while reducing the brightness on the bright patch on the BG to intensify the image a bit

This is great love the darkness of the background and duck coming out,wish the shadow from the wing wasn't there.Hard to get it all. TFS

Very dramatic. Purple patches showing very well, agree about the 'spotlight' effect description. I don't mind the slight light in the bg, but see Arash's point.

It would be interesting to see if you could soften the shadows mentioned by Kevin just a bit.
