Nice Grebe and fish...
A bit more saturation would look good for me..

I was thinking a slightly lower angle, but not in this one. I love that reflection and the dreamy water BG. Dan might be on to something with a slight pop in color even though I like it as is. TFS

Nice action with the fish, you have a good head angle. Reflection is great.

Very nice John! The fish is spot on! Great that it is facing you and that you can still the eye of the prey. The bird itself looks good too, nice exposure, pose and details.
I have no nits except that the double eyed-reflection is a bit distracting from the actual bird. Not much you could do though!

Great capture John though why that fish is grinning I don't know! I appreciate deliberately high key and I like it, I did make a curve layer and on the highlight peak I brought the highlight down just 2-3 taps, it made the grebe pop a little more and faint detail became visible in the water. I appreciate this may not be what you are looking for but I thought I would mention it.

Ivan touched upon the one thing that bugged me at first glance, and that is the double eye reflection. Other than that, another beautiful reflection image (lots of those lately on BPN!). Maybe a touch more warmth on the subject, plus a boost in saturation as per Dan would be good as well, but I like it as is too.
