Krishna, I find myself undecided. I like the minimal focus, colours and dark background. I am not so sure about cropping the edges of the flower, I think it probably is a good idea it makes my eyes go inwards towards the centre to that one petal, but then I find on inspection that the very tip of the petal is soft. This may well have been your intention to keep the observer looking but I think I would have liked to have seen one definitive spot. Good idea I like the image.

We recently purchased this plant for my home.

The reason I went for this composition was to exclude the leaves which are distracting to me.

I did not want to pluck the flower from the plant.

Given the circumstances this was the best image I could make.
