It is just ever so slightly away from you but a very nice frame...
I would get rid of the double catchlight.
Exposure looks spot on.
Reflection is cool.
I think a 16x9 crop with some off the top would look good.

I like the water trail in this one, the IQ is lacking though, not seeing much feather details... maybe too much cropping or a soft RAW.

I love the patterns in the FG water and the take-off/running pose.
I agree with a different crop that Dan suggests.
It looks like critical focus was on the near wing so the head is not quite within DOF. Head is sharp but not tack sharp.
I would clone out that second catchlight.

Like the splash and the downstroke pose. The pattern in the water is very cool.

I like the take-off pose, splash, water texture and composition wise I could see this as a pano crop as well. Another vote for cloning out the second catchlight.

Lovely image I like the overall composition and the splash. The head does look a tad soft.
