hahaaa , this guy needs a tree! Interesting usual clinging behavior but not from a lone branch! You must have really good bird seed John. I think the bird could have more sharpening and I wonder what vertical crop would look like..

I like the upside down which showcases their behavior nicely. I like the clean BG, perch and sharpness. Composition wise its tempting to go vertical but I also see the merits in the composition you chose. Well done John.

I like the comp, I would not go vertical, but I would take some
off the right side.
Killer pose.
Wish the entire branch was sharp....

Fun pose with a nice clean BG.
I think the eye area needs to be sharpened and if the IQ allows I would love this as a vertical.

Great one! The light is spot on and the upside down pose is typical to the species which is always nice. Great exposure and details too.
I would go for vertical as well. Especially as the branch seems a bit oof to the right.

Yes to a little more sharpening and yes to a vertical comp option, otherwise a very nice capture John
