Hi John. Very nice! I like the overall composition and colouring in the bird...somewhat different to the Herons we get here in Brisbane. I would be tempted to crop a bit off the bottom, but that's just me being picky.

Nice wing position and flight angle. Details and exposure look good. I might be tempted to boost the darks a bit and bump up the saturation to give this on a little more pop. Well done

I agree John with more saturation and increase the darks, more pop will add nicely to this image. I like it!
