Hi John - I really like the blurred water and the leaves on the ground. I am undecided if the partial trees and sky at the top add or detract from the image. I am leaning toward detracting.

I would take off the sky off the image to create a different feel and keep my attention on the colorful leaves and the water falls

Hi John, beautiful overcast conditions for this image and nice shutter speed for the flowing water. I do quite like the fallen leaves on the foreground rocks and think you could warm them and saturate them just a touch to make them stand out a bit more. I do agree with Krishna on the sky above the falls. I feel it is drawing our eye away and not really helping the scene. I would crop the top portion down to an area just above the uppermost rocks of the waterfall.
