Here is another frame from my previous post. I had clipped the wing tip so had to carry out a repair. I took notice of all the advice offered on the previous post and tried to incorporate them.
Canon 5D Mk4. Canon 400 f5.6 L lens. 1/1250 @ f8. ISO 12800 . Processed in LR5 and PS 6

Nice work on the wing repair, and this is a much better presented frame - good work on the processing

Hi David, beautiful bird, nicely shown. Good work on the wing repair. My only nit is that when canvas is added you have to watch out for duplicates of copied pattern. There are some in this image that should be cleaned up so that the added canvas blends seamlessly. Thank you for sharing.

Nice dorsal view. The image looks pretty good for that high ISO.

I think this shot looks technically better than the first. It's sharper and the noise seems to be handled a bit better. Nicely done!

nice frame, the GBH had passed you a bit and the top border seems to show some repeating pattern where canvas extension has been done.

Hi David, I like the pano frame, ties in well with the subjects pose. Agree on the visible repeat pattern. Based on the techs and the high ISO I might have been tempted to drop to f/5.6 to gain a bit more SS (ok so you lose the DoF) but it may have provided a slightly sharper image with an increase in the SS. Good for you to push the ISO.

I far prefer the first post. The disappearing far wing does not work for me.
